The staff of Emergency Training Resources (ETR) believes that Healthcare Providers of all levels provide a vital service to the community. As a result, each and every training program that we conduct is structured to encourage the development of a Healthcare Provider capable of delivering the highest quality of care for the sick and injured.

            We believe that it is ETR’s role to help students to learn and to think independently, to develop problem-solving abilities and to communicate well in order to function effectively with other healthcare and public safety professionals. To that end, ETR programs tend to be more challenging to students and often demand more time than other similar programs. We feel that this extra effort is critical for our students to become a truly functional part of the Health and Safety Community!

Our Mission:

Emergency Training Resources is the emergency medical and safety training division of Danbury Health Care Affiliates who, along with Danbury Hospital, is the premier community health care provider for the greater Danbury area.   ETR has been providing leading edge consultation and educational programs to corporations, public safety, and health and government organizations since 1999.

Our staff has years of experience in all aspects of emergency response preparation, care and training.  Our areas of specialization include CPR, first aid, EMS and basic and advanced life support classes. We can also provide a variety of health, wellness and safety programs customized to your organizations specific goals and needs.

We have provided EMS and safety education to nearly every public service agency in the greater Danbury area. Our corporate customers include many of the areas best-known companies and organizations, large and small.

Customized Programs to Meet Every Need

We realize that your time is valuable.  We don’t think you should be rearranging your schedules to meet ours.  We can provide on-site programs, or arrange for meeting rooms at Danbury Hospital to conduct your training.
